Safety Management System (CP79: 1999) Audit
The Safety Management System is a systematic process used to manage workplace safety and health and to provide for goal setting, planning, performance measurements and clear management commitments and direction. Implementation of this system is mandatory for all workplaces.
The purpose of conducting the Safety Management Audit is to provide verified feedback and evaluation to the company’s management on the quality of your company’s safety management system design and performance.
