TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDY:
Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and complete the exam with competent result.
Participants must be either Singaporean or PR.
There are no subsidies for foreigners (EP,S Pass, WP etc)
There are no subsidies for employees (regardless of nationality) below 21 years old.
Payment for the course must be using company cheque or via GIRO / Bank transfer.

The course focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, as well as identifying relevant project stakeholders. Participants will learn how to engage the stakeholders and implementing techniques for collaboration and communication. They will gain expertise in facilitating project module completion and implementing project plans aligned with stakeholders’ needs and expectation. They will apply appropriate methodologies and tools to track and drive project progress effectively.
Additionally, participants will learn how to distribute resources across project segments for efficiency and success. Tracking project deliverables and managing costs, timelines, and resource utilization will be emphasized, along with implementing corrective measures to address misalignments. By completing this course, participants will be well-equipped to excel in project management roles and deliver successful projects.
