Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall inform students immediately within 3 working days if:
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd fails, for any reason, to commence course on commencement date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd terminates course for any reason prior to course commencement date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd fails, for any reason, to complete course by completion date
- Learners Hub Pte Ltd terminates course for any reason prior to course completion date
Learners Hub Pte Ltd may cancel or postpone course if less than 5 students are enrolled on or prior to commencement date. Likewise, Learners Hub Pte Ltd may cancel or postpone course if less than 5 students are retained prior to completion date.
Within 7 working days of notifying cancellation or postponement of course, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall provide students with information to make timely and appropriate decision on alternative course arrangement.
Reschedule Without Cause
Where students reschedule from the course for any reason other than those set out in Withdrawal for Cause, the first reschedule will be complimentary. Following which, each reschedule without cause will incur a $10.00 administrative fee.
Withdrawal for Cause
Students shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from course by giving written notice to Learners Hub Pte Ltd their intention to do so if Learners Hub Pte Ltd is in breach of any of its obligations or fails to perform its obligations under circumstances stated in Notification and Arrangement.
Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause
For circumstances stated in Notification and Arrangement, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall, within 7 working days after notifying students, refund to students entire amount of course fees and miscellaneous fees.
Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall also, within 7 working days after receiving students’ notice of withdrawal under Withdrawal for Cause refund to students entire amount of course fees and miscellaneous fees.
Refunds for Withdrawal Without Cause
Where students withdraw from course for any reason other than those set out in Withdrawal for Cause, Learners Hub Pte Ltd shall, within 7 working days after receiving students’ written notice of withdrawal refund to students following sums:
Each withdrawal without cause will incur a $20.00 administrative fee for refunds.

- Participants are only eligible for the SSG subsidy ONCE for each training course. If it is found that a participant has attended the same SSG-subsidised training course, the Company will be charged the full course fee.
- Participants must achieve 75% course attendance to be competent and take the necessary assessment in order to be eligible for the course fee subsidy.
- The Company agrees to pay the course fee in full in the event that a participant fails to meet the required 75% attendance and/or is not yet competent at the end of the course.
- Information provided in this registration form must be true and correct. Learners Hub must be notified of any discrepancies in the information provided within 3 days upon completion of the course. Any errors in the Statement of Attainment (SOA) or grant disbursement owing to inaccurate information given will be billed accordingly to the Company.
- The course schedule is subject to confirmation. Learners Hub however reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the class without prior notice
- Learners Hub reserves the right to conduct a survey of all participants in compliance with SSG regulations on funding
- All Statement of Attainments (SOA) are in e-certificate format. Using their SingPass, participants will be able to view, download and print their e-certificates by logging into www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg. SSG will send an automatic SMS to the contact number provided in this form to notify participants once the e-certificates are available online. It is the responsibility of the participants to provide an active handphone number and email address to receive the notification. Upon request, Learners Hub will assist participants in printing the e-certificates and will contact participants to either collect or mail out the hardcopy of the e-certificate/certificate once they are available for collection or delivery.
- The nett course fee must be paid before the course commencement date
Use Of Personal Data Policy
- I understand and agree that Learners Hub Pte Ltd can use my particulars above to contact me for any purpose in connection with the course I have applied for.
- I understand that in the event I withdraw from the Course and give less than 7 days’ notice before Course commencement date or on or after Course commencement date, I shall not be eligible for any refund of Course fees already paid.
- I agree to participate in any survey administered by Learners Hub Pte Ltd or any party for any purpose in connection with the training courses.
- I confirm that I have read, understood and agree that I accept and shall be bound by the Company Sponsored Grants Disbursement Conditions, General Terms and Conditions and Use of Personal Data as set out in this Registration Form
Company Sponsored Grants Disbursement Conditions for WSQ Courses and Skillsfuture Credit Courses
I confirm that by registering on behalf or as a company-sponsored participant:
- the company is a direct employer of the participant
- the company pays the participant's salary
- the company provides statutory benefits such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave
- the company's UEN provided is correct and accurate
- the source of funds for course fees MUST come from the company’s bank account
I understand that this information will be submitted to SkillsFuture Singapore Agency "SSG", and the UEN will be used to verify the employer and employee relationship between the participant and company.
Learners Hub may, at any time, act on behalf of SSG to investigate the accuracy and validity of the application information provided. If information is found to be false, I will be liable to SSG and will pay for the full course fees.
Individual Grants Disbursement Conditions for WSQ Courses and Skillsfuture Course
I confirm that by registering as an individual that:
- Baseline Skillsfuture Grants will only be available to me if this is the first time attending the course.
- I understand that utilising of Skillsfuture Credit “SFC” is my own decision, and the claim will be made by me. Learners Hub is not able to and will not claim SFC on my behalf.
- If I fail to attend the course but make a claim, the claim will be rejected.
- I am responsible for submitting my SFC Claim at least 1 week before the course starts
I understand that this information will be submitted to SkillsFuture Singapore Agency "SSG" and I will comply to any checks made on behalf of SSG. If any information is found to be false, I will be liable to SSG and will pay for the full course fees.
Appeal against Assessment results
The Candidate has the right to appeal for review of the assessment decision made by the Assessor. When feedback is given to the Candidates regarding the assessment, the Assessor must ask the Candidate if he/she is agreeable with the outcome.
If both the Candidates and the Assessor are agreeable with the outcome, both parties must sign the Assessment Summary Record. If the Candidate is not agreeable with the outcome, the Candidate should not sign the Assessment Summary Record.
If the Candidate intends to appeal the decision, he/she should have a discussion about the matter with the Assessor. If he/she is unsatisfied with the decision, the Candidate must notify the Assessor of his/her intention to appeal
The Assessor shall notify the Training Manager about the Candidate’s intention to lodge an appeal.
The Candidate must lodge the appeal in written form providing reasons for the appeal
The Training Manager shall collect information from both the Candidate and the Assessor, using the Review of Assessment Appeal Case Form
The Assessment Appeal Panel will convene within 1 week following the written appeal submission and appeal outcome will be announced within 14 working days
The panel will (consider all documentation provided):
• Request further information where necessary;
• Prepare formal advice to the candidate; and
• Forward the formal advice to the Training Manager who will file a copy in the Appeal File and forward a copy to the candidate.
The final outcome as set down by the panel shall be abided to by both parties
