STEP 2: The submitted information will be used to enrol participants in SkillsFuture Singapore's Training Portal Gateway "TPGateway". For Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR), subsidy available will be calculated automatically in TPGateway, subject to SSG terms and conditions.
NOTE: The company status (SME or Non-SME) is automatically determined by the government based on their data collected on your company
STEP 3: After the successful enrolment in TPGateway, an e-invoice will be emailed to Employer/Individual with the course fee payable after any applicable subsidy.
The course fee is to be paid before class starts upon receipt of Learners Hub's invoice. Payment is to be made via PayNow/bank transfer/Giro or cheque. IMPORTANT NOTE: For company-sponsored participants, payment for the course must be using company GIRO / Bank transfer / Cheque
STEP 4: Participant attends class
Participants must achieve 100% attendance and pass the assessments to qualify for a Statement of Attainment (SOA) conferred by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). SOAs of RM/RA Leaders are required during bizSAFE level 3 certification of the company.
Learners Hub reserves all rights to vary, reschedule, or cancel the course or change venue at its discretion. Notice will be given in such cases.

- Participants must be either Singaporean or PR.
- There are no subsidies for foreigners (EP,S Pass, WP etc)
- There are no subsidies for employees (regardless of nationality) below 21 years old.

- Participants should be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills (ES) Level 5
- They should also be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills (ES) Level 5
To access the Virtual Live Class and Online Assessments, participants will require the use of:
- Computer or laptop (No handphones or tablets allowed)
- Webcam (Camera must be turned on for the entire duration of the class and participant's face must been shown fully at all times*)
- Microphone
- Stable Internet Connection: WiFi or Wired
- Latest version of Zoom software installed and a ZOOM account
- Google account to access Google Drive for group work
- Google Chrome browser with Mettl extension installed (instructions will be given)

On completion of this unit, learners will acquire the knowledge and skills to be a Risk Management Champion for the organisation in reducing risks at source by managing the risk and management process at workplace and for recognition of bizSAFE level 2 by Workplace Safety and Health Council.
It involves developing a practical risk management implementation plan for the organisation which identify specific actions to be taken, by whom and time for their completion. It also entails formation of risk management team, risk assessment, controlling and monitoring the risks, communicating these risks to all persons involved and in compliance with the Risk Management Code of Practice.

To access the Virtual Live Class and Online Assessments, please ensure that you have the following:
- Computer or laptop (No handphones or tablets allowed).
- Device must run on Windows, and be able to install a program (.exe) Please ensure that your device does not have any restrictions on installing new programs
- Webcam (Camera must be turned on for the entire duration of the class and participant's face must been shown fully at all times*)
- Microphone
- Stable Internet Connection: WiFi or Wired
- Latest version of Zoom software installed and a ZOOM account
- Google account to access Google Drive for group work and the written assessment
- On day 2, there will be a Written Questioning Test, you will have to install the Mettl Secure Browser program on your laptop/computer (instructions will be given)
For Virtual Live Class ZOOM, the written questioning test will be administered via Mettl, a digital AI assessment tool.
IMPT NOTE: A Windows computer is required to install run the program (Mettl Secure Browser).
- The test duration is 45 mins, 100% is required to pass
- You will be given a Mettl test link to access the test
- Do not open any other programs or browser tabs during the test. Mettl will issue a warning and pause the test if it detects any external programs.
- Your entire face has to be seen within the test browser window during the test. Mettl will issue a warning and pause the test if it detects any off-screen actions.
- If you exceed the maximum amount of warnings, the test will be automatically stopped.
- If you fail the test, a $25.00 fee will be imposed per re-taking of the test.
- If you are unable to access the Mettl Secure Browser program due to technical difficulties, you will have to come down physically for a 1 hour Face-to-Face makeup test at our Training Centre.
