STEP 2: The information provided will be used to enrol participants in SkillsFuture Singapore’s Training Portal Gateway (TPGateway). For Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR), eligible subsidies will be automatically applied via TPGateway, in accordance with SSG terms and conditions.
Please note: Your company’s SME or Non-SME status is determined by the government based on data they have collected about your organization.
STEP 3: After the successful enrolment in TPGateway, an e-invoice will be emailed to Employer/Individual with the course fee payable after any applicable subsidy.
The course fee is to be paid before class starts upon receipt of Learners Hub's invoice. Payment is to be made via PayNow/bank transfer/Giro or cheque.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For company-sponsored participants, payment for the course must be made via company GIRO / Bank transfer / cheque.
STEP 4: Participant attends class
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the assessments to qualify for a Statement of Attainment (SOA) conferred by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Learners Hub reserves all rights to vary, reschedule, or cancel the course or change venue at its discretion. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDY:
Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and complete the exam with competent result.
- Participants must be either Singaporean or PR.
- There are no subsidies for foreigners (EP,S Pass, WP etc)
- There are no subsidies for employees (regardless of nationality) below 21 years old
This includes reviewing the current WSH policy, risk management plan, and WSH programmes. Learners will also establish frameworks for WSH management programmes and develop an emergency preparedness and response plan aligned with organisational safety and health needs, as well as WSH legal and regulatory requirements.
The certificate for the bizSAFE Level 4 course will be issued as a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for WPH-WSH-4086-1.1 Workplace Safety and Health System Management. Click HERE to view a sample.
Note: Following the launch of TPGateway on 12 October 2020, the WSQ Competency Code MF-COM-403E-1 has been updated to WPH-WSH-4086-1.1. Certificates issued will reflect the updated code and title.

E-CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE AND RETRIEVAL
After completing the WSQ course, trainees are required to log in to the MySkillsFuture portal at myskillsfuture.gov.sg using their Singpass to update their contact information (email address and mobile number). This ensures they receive system-generated notifications when their e-Certs are ready for download.
Trainees can access their e-Certs approximately 15 - 21 working days after course completion by logging into the MySkillsFuture portal with their Singpass. The e-Certs will be available under the ‘Certificates’ tab in the trainee’s Skills Passport.

- Review WSH policy and risk management plan for deficiencies against the requirements of ISO 45001 and risk management code of practice
- Apply hazard identification and risk assessment methodology to determine the controls necessary in reducing risks at source in accordance with requirements of ISO 45001 and risk management code of practice
- Set WSH objectives and determine specific programme(s) to enable the achievement of WSH objectives for organisation in alignment with WSH policy
- Establish WSH management programme framework for organisation to embark on to meet the organisational safety and health needs in accordance with WSH legal and other requirements
- Establish a framework for organisational emergency preparedness and response plan in accordance with WSH legal and other requirements
- Develop operational control to manage the WSH risks to an acceptable level in consistent with hierarchy of controls and comply with applicable WSH legal and other requirements
- Develop processes for investigation and reporting of accident/ incident based on WSH legal and other requirements
- Establish an internal audit programme to evaluate the organisational WSH management system for conformance to ISO 45001 requirements and WSH legal and other requirements
- Develop the WSH management system implementation plan based on the needed changes identified that fulfil ISO 45001 requirements and risk management code of practice
- Conduct management review of WSH management system to ensure its continuing stability, adequacy and effectiveness in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements and WSH legal and other requirements
