STEP 2: The information provided will be used to enrol participants in SkillsFuture Singapore’s Training Portal Gateway (TPGateway). For Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR), eligible subsidies will be automatically applied via TPGateway, in accordance with SSG terms and conditions.
Please note: Your company’s SME or Non-SME status is determined by the government based on data they have collected about your organization.
STEP 3: After the successful enrolment in TPGateway, an e-invoice will be emailed to Employer/Individual with the course fee payable after any applicable subsidy.
The course fee is to be paid before class starts upon receipt of Learners Hub's invoice. Payment is to be made via PayNow/bank transfer/Giro or cheque.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For company-sponsored participants, payment for the course must be made via company GIRO / Bank transfer / cheque.
STEP 4: Participant attends class
Participants must achieve at least 100% attendance and pass the assessments to qualify for a Statement of Attainment (SOA) conferred by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). SOAs of RM/RA Leaders are required during bizSAFE level 3 certification of the company.
Course Changes and Cancellation Policy
Learners Hub reserves all rights to vary, reschedule, or cancel the course or change venue at its discretion. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDY:
Participants must attend 100% of the course and complete the exam with competent result.
- Participants must be either Singaporean or PR.
- There are no subsidies for foreigners (EP,S Pass, WP etc)
- There are no subsidies for employees (regardless of nationality) below 21 years old.

- Computer or laptop (No handphones or tablets allowed)
- Device must run on Windows OS, and be able to install a program (.exe). Please ensure that your device does not have any restrictions on installing new programs
- Webcam (Camera must be turned on for the entire duration of the class and participant's face must been shown fully at all times*)

- Google account to access Google Drive for group work
- IMPORTANT: On day 2, you will be required to install the Mettl Secure Browser program on your laptop/computer for the Written Questioning Test. Instructions will be given for the program installation. Please ensure you have the admin rights to download a program to your laptop/computer.
For Virtual Live Class ZOOM, the written questioning test will be administered via Mettl, a digital AI assessment tool.
IMPT NOTE:
A Windows computer is required to install run the program (Mettl Secure Browser).
- The test duration is 45 mins, 100% is required to pass
- You will be given a Mettl test link to access the test
- Do not open any other programs or browser tabs during the test. Mettl will issue a warning and pause the test if it detects any external programs.
- Your entire face has to be seen within the test browser window during the test. Mettl will issue a warning and pause the test if it detects any off-screen actions.
- If you exceed the maximum number of warnings, the test will be automatically stopped.
- If you fail the test, a $25.00 fee will be imposed per re-taking of the test.
- If you are unable to access the Mettl Secure Browser program due to technical difficulties, you will have to come down physically for a 1 hour Face-to-Face makeup test at our Training Centre.
*Note: All Virtual Live Classes will be recorded for the entire duration of the course and furnished to the respective governing agency; "Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) and "WSH Council / Ministry of Manpower (MOM): for their verification.
Upon completion of this unit, learners will gain the knowledge and skills to serve as a Risk Management Champion for their organisation, focusing on reducing risks at the source by managing workplace risk and the overall risk management process. This also meets the requirements for bizSAFE Level 2 recognition by the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
The course involves developing a practical risk management implementation plan, detailing specific actions, responsible persons, and timelines for completion. It also includes forming a risk management team, conducting risk assessments, controlling and monitoring risks, and ensuring effective communication of these risks in compliance with the Risk Management Code of Practice.

E-CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE*
After completing the WSQ course, trainees are required to log in to the MySkillsFuture portal at myskillsfuture.gov.sg using their Singpass to update their contact information (email address and mobile number). This ensures they receive system-generated notifications when their e-Certs are ready for download.
Trainees can access their e-Certs approximately 15-21 working days after course completion by logging into the MySkillsFuture portal with their Singpass. The e-Certs will be available under the 'Certificates' tab in the trainee's Skills Passport.
