E-CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE AND RETRIEVAL
After completing the WSQ course, trainees are required to log in to the MySkillsFuture portal at myskillsfuture.gov.sg using their Singpass to update their contact information (email address and mobile number). This ensures they receive system-generated notifications when their e-Certs are ready for download.

Trainees can access their e-Certs approximately 15 - 21 working days after course completion by logging into the MySkillsFuture portal with their Singpass. The e-Certs will be available under the ‘Certificates’ tab in the trainee’s Skills Passport.

• Trainee must complete the course with at least 75% attendance.
• Trainees must fulfill the PMP exam criteria.
• Trainees must submit credentials to PMI to apply for the PMP exam.
• Upon passing the official PMP certification exam, trainee will receive a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
• Note that the certification is governed and maintained by the Project Management Institute.
• Applications will be screened and supporting credentials (e.g work resume, highest qualifications) will be requested before acceptance into program.
