TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDY:
Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and complete the exam with competent result.

• Participants must be either Singaporean or PR.
• There are no subsidies for foreigners (EP,S Pass, WP etc)
• There are no subsidies for employees (regardless of nationality) below 21 years old

• Quality Managers/ QMS Coordinators / Management Representatives
• Department heads, process owners, supervisors
• Staff involved in ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance
• New personnel assigned with audit or quality responsibilities
• Consultants supporting ISO 9001 systems

• LO1: Identify areas for improvement in QMS by analyzing process gaps and setting relevant KPIs aligned to quality principles.
• LO2: Perform QMS process improvements using appropriate quality tools and techniques suited for different operational requirements.
• LO3: Assess compliance of organizational processes with QMS requirements and evaluate gaps based on types of non-conformances.
• LO4: Follow-up on QMS corrective actions and document audit outcomes in accordance with organizational reporting procedures.
