Instructor Profile

Hongan Lin 
is the founder of Asset Studio Pte Ltd headquartered in Singapore, and currently serves as the Director of the company. He started his career as a defence engineer. Later, he joined Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore) as a lecturer, and subsequently he served in ReliaSoft Asia as managing director responsible for operations in Asia Pacific region.

He is a subject matter expert in Life Data Analysis, Accelerated Life Test Analysis, System Reliability Simulation and field reliability data collection system for process industries. Based on more than 15 years of experience in conducting trainings and leading consulting services, he designed the event-driven simulation engine for the AeROS (AssEt Reliability and Operation Simulation).

COURSE OVERVIEW
  • This Level 2 workshop provides an in-depth exploration of Reliability Digital Twin and Simulation techniques supported by AeROS™. Participants will learn how to construct a Digital Twin of a system, incorporating real-time data and virtual modeling. They will discover the principles and methodologies behind simulation-based reliability analysis, and gain hands-on experience with popular simulation tools.

  • We will cover topics such as modeling system behavior, identifying failure modes, and evaluating reliability metrics. Participants will also learn how to leverage Digital Twins for predictive maintenance, system optimization, and decision-making. 

    Through practical exercises using AeROS™ (Asset Reliability and Operations Simulation), participants will gain the skills to assess, interpret, and enhance the reliability of components and equipment, contributing to improved system performance and customer satisfaction.
